Bio

Jake Davies was born in Upland, California where he was immediately born into a soccer family. After playing many years at the highest levels of club soccer that the country has to offer, he played two seasons at Chaffey College with aspirations to further his education and soccer knowledge with the help of coaches Ben Cooper, Chris Araya and Ben Davies (his brother). In his freshman year, he was a part of a Foothill Conference championship team where he was an All-Conference honoree despite suffering a broken leg early in the season. In his sophomore season, he was again an all-league honoree where earning personal and team awards respectively. Through tough consideration, he chose to commit to Cal State San Bernardino to pursue his education, and soccer career. At CSUSB, he was a regular starter and was a part of a team that advanced to their first CCAA tournament in 7 years. In 2016, he earned a business degree with honors. He has aspirations to receive his Masters Degree at some point so he can further his education and coaching knowledge.

Davies began coaching in 2013. Since then, he has become the head coach for the Alta Loma varsity girls program and a coach for two club teams part of Soltilo FC. His biggest accomplishment as a coach is guiding the Alta Loma varsity girls to a CIF Final appearance; which is a memory that he truly cherishes.
 
Aside from soccer, he enjoy watching all sports and traveling, as well as relaxing and spending time with friends and family.
