Head Coach Chris Araya:
A very special day today as we celebrate the person that has created the foundation and success of our program for the past 17 years, Mr. Ben Cooper. It was a great feeling seeing our alumni, faculty, current student athletes, family and friends come together and give him a special thank you for all his endless effort, hard work, commitment, dedication, sacrifice and support over the years.
Unfortunately we were not able to deliver a win today. We definitely had a rough start and couldn't seem to settle into the game. Our second half adjustments worked really well and allowed us to create multiple chances to score and tie the game. We just couldn't execute efficiently and our opponent made it tough on us. We must learn from this.
The men travel to San Diego Tuesday and will play again at home Friday against El Camino.
