The Panthers played their second game in 3 days against Santa Ana, dropping game 2 of the series 4-1. Third baseman Jake Nichols scored the sole run for Chaffey in the 6th on an RBI (error) by Oscar Martinez.
Nathan Geissler started on the mound for Chaffey, followed by Brandon Whetnight and Parker Fokken.
The men play former Foothill foe Desert Tuesday afternoon at home.
