The men hosted former Foothill rival, College of the Desert, yesterday, earning a 14-9 win. The Panthers took an early lead scoring nine runs in the 1st inning including a Jordan Hernandez grand slam home run. The Roadrunners remained stead throughout the game but could not overcome the 1st inning setback caused by the Panther offense.
Matt Vigil faced 16 batters in 3.2 innings before being relieved by Keon taylor/Taylor Sims.
The men return to Lowder Field tomorrow afternoon to take on Grossmont.
