PANTHERS GET TWO SOLID WINS OVER HOLIDAY WEEKEND

Panther Baseball scored two solid wins this weekend, first defeating Grossmont and then Saddleback, both on the road. A third game against Moorpark was rained out and will be played on 2/23.
The men beat Grossmont for the second time this season with a 7-4 victory Thursday afternoon. Chaffey held a solid lead for the entire game and a 9th inning rally clinched the win for the Panthers. Sophomore first baseman, Aaron McCann hit his first homerun of the season.
Sean McClure earned his second win on the mound this year, relieving Nathan Geissler at the top of the 6th. The men host Moorpark for a doubleheader beginning at 11am on Thursday.
