The Panthers hosted Compton yesterday, edging out the Tartars 6-5. Christian Valdez knocked a 2-run homer in the 7th to secure the win for Chaffey. It was Valdez' first collegiate homer in a game where he managed 4 hits and 3 RBIs total. Parker Fokken went 7 innings against 31 batters for the win. The men travel to LA Harbor Saturday.
