The Panthers secured the American Metro League Championship Saturday night at home with a 48-7 win over West LA. The Panthers are the only undefeated team in the American Metro Conference. This is Coach Hadaway's 2nd conference championship since taking over in 2013.
Against West LA, Caleb Arreola accounted for 264 yards passing and 3 touchdowns. Artis Seymore had 159 yards rushing including a 69-yard run to the endzone for a 3rd quarter TD. Nick Lawson was 6:7 on extra points. Defensively, Bryan Wilcotts made his debut at the leader spot with 8 tackles (5 solo). The men have a final week bye having played continuously for the last 11 weeks. They will return to the gridiron November 17th for an as yet to be determined bowl game.
