Panther Men's Basketball clinched the first IEAC championship with an 81-78 win this afternoon at Mt San Jacinto. The team is undefeated in conference and on a 14 game winning streak.
Five players scored in double digits including three with 16 points each (Chase Evans, Donyae Molett, and Aaron Johnson). Darren Williams added 13 and Nikola Ivkovic 11. Evans had the team's only double-double with 10 rebounds.
A 13 point lead at the half helped the Panthers to their eventual 81-78 win.
The team has a break until next Saturday when they travel to Barstow and then will play their final two regular season games at home February 19 and 21.
