The Chaffey College men's basketball team continued their reign in the Inland Empire Athletic Conference (IEAC) with a dominant 116-80 victory over College of the Desert last night. The win clinches the 2024 IEAC championship and marks the Panthers' second consecutive title.
In the game against the Roadrunners, Uriyah Rojas led the charge with an impressive 31 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block. Elijah Goad and Nate Simon both scored 18 points; Simon also had 6 assists and 2 steals, and Goad shot 50% from three-point range (3-for-6). Jace Conway grabbed a team-high 9 rebounds and added 6 points, and Jermaine Rogers contributed 10 points, 6 rebounds, an assist, and 2 steals.
