The men hosted College of the Canyons yesterday, defeating the visiting Cougars 4-1. The Panthers held Canyons scoreless through the first half, going into the break up 2-0 with goals by Gustavo Chavez and Jared Padilla. In the second half, the Cougars were only able to get one past Oscar Carbajal (3 saves). Jose Gomez-Ferrer and Gonzalo Barrientos scored second period goals. The men are on break until the 19th when they travel to Santa Barbara City College for a night game.
