The men were on the road Friday, defeating the Antelope Valley Marauders 3-1. The Panthers took an early lead when Christian Fernandez scored less than 2 minutes into play followed shortly after by Gustavo Chavez. Oscar Casillas-Paloma scored 17 minutes into play.
Oscar Carbajal defended the goal, holding off the Marauders with 3 saves. The men return to the field tomorrow at Rio Hondo for the 2017 South Coast Conference opener.
