The men closed out the 2017 regular season with a 1-0 victory at Mt SAC Friday, giving the Panthers a 2nd place conference finish. Gustavo Chavez scored the sole goal of the game 6 minutes into play. Chaves and Carbajal shared net duties with eleven saves overall, holding the advancing Mounties scoreless.
The men finish the regular season 10-6-5, 4-2-2 in the South Coast Conference and will advance to compete in the 2017 CCCAA playoffs Saturday - opponent and venue to be announced tomorrow morning.
