Miguel Correa lead the Panther attack Friday in the Panthers 6-0 shutout over East LA. Correa scored three of the Panthers' six goals (season high) with an added assist to Carlos Benito-Hernan. Marco Rodriguez and Sergio Rodriguez scored the additional two.
"East LA has dealt with a bunch of injuries this year. They are usually a very difficult team to play as they always work hard and usually have very good attacking players."
"On our end, we finished our opportunities and left no doubt in the 6-0 score line. It was nice to keep a clean sheet as well, with conference right around the corner." The men open IEAC play Monday at Desert.
