Women's Soccer wasn't the only Chaffey team in Northern California last weekend. Women's Basketball made the long drive up to Modesto taking on both Laney and host Modesto.
Against Modesto, the Panthers came up short by six, 64-58. Sophomore Grace Estrada scored 19 to lead the Panthers on their Friday assault. Breonna Martinez added 13.
Saturday, the pair managed 37 combined points - 3/4 of all Chaffey points scored.
The small Chaffey squad plays at home tomorrow evening against Taft College and then will take a break until opening the IEAC conference at home on the 14th.
