The women have won their last six games in-a-row and still remain unscored upon after a 4-0 win against Southwestern Friday at home.
Gisele Speirs found an open net 14 minutes in as the Panthers saw their first point added to the board. By the end of the first half, Isis Medina and Isabella Santa Maria had added two more. Medina scored again in the 2nd half,
Jessica Collins and Marissa Betancourt each spent a period at the net but saw little defensive action with one save each.
The Panthers will face their biggest game of the season tomorrow as Chaffey hosts Saddleback at 4pm. The teams last met at the CCCAA state finals and were 1-1 in the 2022 season. Saddleback is currently ranked #1 in the nation just above the Chaffey squad.
