The Panthers were on the road yesterday, coming up even against the Long Beach Vikings 1-1.
Newcomer Monet Dedeaux scored an unassisted goal in the bottom of the 2nd period to tie the game for the Panthers. LBCC had scored midway through the first and held the Panthers off until the final moments of play. it was Dedeaux' first collegiate goal.
Jessica Collins was at the net with one save.
The Panthers (6-1-2) were ranked #3 in the state this week and will take on #2 Mt SAC on Friday.
