The ladies scored their 14th consecutive win Wednesday, defeating Mt San Jacinto 3-1. Chaffey took the first two sets (28-26 and 25-20) with the Eagles taking a close set 3 and the Panthers dominating in the fourth to take the match.
The Panthers competed strongly as a team, hitting .258 on the night with 61 digs, 8 total blocks and 5 service aces. Kendall Mency had a match high 20 kills along with 15 digs. Hibah Yousif had 11 kills and hit .667, Taylor Johnson had 14 kills hitting .303 on the night.
The Panthers continue their road series Wednesday at College of the Desert. Wednesday's IEAC match marks the end of the first half of the conference season.
