PANTHERS ON QUEST FOR IEAC CHAMPIONSHIP IN FINAL DAYS OF SEASON

Volleyball got their 19th win of the season Friday with a 3-0 shutout of Victor Valley (25-9 25-13 25-18).  Kendall Mency had a double-double game with 15 kills and 11 digs to lead the Panther to the important IEAC victory.  Mency leads the conference in kills with 287 this season, averaging 4.1/game.  Cecilia White, who recently claimed her 500th career assist, added 38 to to her ever growing statistical lead.  White currently tops the IEAC rankings by 85 assists.  "I loved that our team demonstrated a high level of energy and effort from start to finish. We had a strong offensive night," said Coach Gonzales-Harwell.

The Panthers host Mt San Jacinto tomorrow night.  The last time the teams faced off (10/23), the Panthers emerged victorious 3-1.
