In a 3-1 decision that saw all 4 sets within a few points, the Panthers suffered a loss to College of the Desert. COD took sets one and two and looked to close the match out as a sweep but the Panthers rallied and the exciting set went to Chaffey 29-27. The Roadrunners took set four and match with a 25-23 victory.
Victoria Meneses and Alicia Gurrola led the Panthers in kills while Kaylin Grow had 14 digs.
The Panthers take on San Bernardino Valley Wednesday. The last time the two teams paired off, the Panthers swept 3-0.
