Panther Volleyball opened their season Friday at Fullerton College, going four sets against the Hornets (22-25, 25-21, 25-18, 25-21).
The squad took set one edging out the FC team 25-22. Fullerton rebounded and took the next three to secure their win. Chaffey had 45 kills, 93 digs, and 149 total attacks for the four set match.
"We fought hard against Fullerton, but came up short in the 4th set," said rookie Head Coach Taylor Kushner. "It's time to get back in the gym and get to work".
