The Panthers traveled to Walnut last night to take on Mt SAC falling to the Mounties 3-0.
The Chaffey squad started off slow dropping the first set 25-12 but amped it up in the final two (25-20 and 25-19).
Saidy Gonzalez and Ava Cortez (who trade off in the Libero position for the Panthers) each had nine digs - more than half of those total scored. Kalilia Kahin led in kills with five.
The Panthers head to the second LA Mission Tournament Friday and Saturday.
