The Panthers and Mt San Jacinto Eagles faced off for the third time this season and each event has pitted two evenly matched squads against each other.
Last night in front of stands packed with Panther student-athletes, Chaffey took an early lead in all three sets but eventually fell in each by a 2-4 points (25-23, 25-21, 25-22).
Victoria Meneses led the Panthers with 12 kills and 9 digs. Emily Robbins added 9 kills and 6 digs. Libero Ava Cortes had 15 digs.
The Panthers will take on Victor Valley at home Wednesday.
