The Chaffey women continued SCC play last Wednesday putting up a valiant effort against the Cerritos Falcons.
The Panthers stayed within two goals of Cerritos for the entire game, eventually falling 10-8.
The Chaffey squad was led by returner Clarissa Banuelos who score four of the team's 8 shots. Jaylynn Rodriguez added three with the final goal courtesy of Giovanna Quiroz.
Keeper Katie (Kaitlyn) Duckworth had 12 saves across four quarters.
