AN "EXCELLENT" OUTING FOR PANTHER XC

It was an "excellent day" for Panther Cross Country yesterday according to Head Coach Rob Lander. All but one runner improved their time over last week's Moorpark Invitational. Again, the teams ran full rosters and finished in the middle ground. Without lead runner Andrea Baerenwald, the ladies still finished 7th of 12 teams. Cecilia Morales finished first for Chaffey with a 22:51 time. For the men Joseph Chavarria again showed up for his team, crossing the line at 22:32. The men finished 8th overall.
The team has the Southern California Preview this Friday at El Dorado Park in Long Beach. This will be the site of the 2023 SoCA Regional Championships.
