The ladies lead San Bernardino 2-5 going in to the 7th inning yesterday before Valley rallied to score 4 runs and take the game. Rightfielder Joelie Whitson scored two runs, 2 hits, and 1 RBI to lead the Panthers against SBVC. Marisa Mendoza, Samantha Waraner, and Brandy Lara also scored for Chaffey. Morgan Finley went 6.2 innings giving up 9 hits. Marisa Mendoza relieved in the 7th to close out the game.
The ladies travel to Imperial Valley Saturday for a double header.
