FRESHMAN DUO NAMED IEAC PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Congratulations to Hailey Marquez and Coie Carter on being named Inland Empire Players of the Week (3/27-4/2).

"Marquez went 6-12 with 5 RBI's and a pair of doubles. Marquez continues to lead the IEAC in batting average with a .467 mark, 32 RBI's, and 4 home runs. Marquez is also 7th in the state in RBI and top 20 in batting average."

"Carter was 5-12 last week with a double, 1 home run, 5 runs scored, 5 RBI's, and 3 stolen bases. Coie is 9th in California in stolen bases, swiping 16 of 16 successfully."

Marquez is a freshman infielder from Bonita High School (Pomona) and Carter is a freshman utility from Roosevelt in Eastvale.
