MORTON NAMED SOFTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Congratulations to Tori (Victoria) Morton on being named Inland Empire Athletic Conference Player of the Week (4/17-23).

"Freshman pitcher Tori Morton in four appearances compiled 14 innings, went 3-0 in the circle with 11 K's and 6 earned runs as Chaffey went 4-0 on the week in the midst of an 8-game win streak. Morton, a product of Roosevelt High School finished the season with 9 wins and 56 strikeouts. "

Morton comes to Chaffey from Roosevelt HS in Eastvale.
