The Chaffey women will begin the road to the 2023 state finals tomorrow at home, taking on IEAC rival Mt San Jacinto at 2pm.
The Panthers enter playoffs as the #1 seed in the south with an 18-1-3 record. The team went undefeated in conference play, claiming their 5th consecutive conference title earlier this month.
Chaffey will face off against IEAC #2 and #16 playoff seeded Mt San Jacinto. The teams have met up twice previously this season with Chaffey emerging 1-0-1.
The winner of tomorrow's contest will continue their playoff run Tuesday against the winner of Allan Hancock v College of the Canyons, also being played tomorrow afternoon.
